Independence Hall Assembly Room where the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution were written and then signed.

Since we first began visiting Philadelphia, the city has of course, changed a great deal.  While most changes may be considered progress, like The Liberty Bell Center, there are other changes, like all of the barriers and the increased security, which used to appear non-existent, which needless to say, make one sad.  However, as we celebrate another 4th of July, and pray for our nation, I offer you a small pictorial of where over 200 years ago, a group of brave and determined men, gathered together, away from home and family,  in scorching heat, to find a way to give birth to our nation.  May God continue to bless America, as we need His protection more than ever.   PAandFall 297 - Copy
