It has been a long time since I have seen the streets dotted with so many children dressed up like princess, pirate, and yes a few goblins, trick-or-treating!
Many of the children thought Kate, who passed quite a lot of candy, thought her presentation was part of a costume, which it is not, sadly; but everyone was very pleasant.
