Dandee Donuts Factory
Driving on Atlantic Boulevard, we spotted this donut shop and made plans to come back to it, when we had more time. The shop has a rather old fashioned feel to it; not only are the donuts remarkably wonderful, in fact, the best donuts I have eaten, but they offer you a baker’s dozen – even when buying a half dozen! I love the fact that they value my business, and show it by offering me a free donut. Also, the store is open 24 hours a day, be still my heart.
We have shared these donuts with quite a few of our friends, and everyone agrees they are outstanding; because they are made fresh daily, without preservatives, their shelf life is about 24 hours, so you will buy more than you can eat, but you will be happy you did.
