Flamingo Gas Station
Have you ever run across an abandoned building and let your mind run wild? I love this gas station, maybe because it is pink, or because it is called Flamingo, or because it is in the Everglades National Park; but walking around it, I could not help but imagine what I might do if I owned this cute little building, designed in a bygone era.
I do not see myself pumping gas, but I could imagine it as a cute little shop, or diner, or art gallery, or . . . even a little Everglades museum. Yes, even thought about it as a winter cottage, with great parking!
