Skyline Chili
I first encountered Skyline Chili in Florida, not Cincinnati, Ohio, from which it hails; it took a good long while to be motivated sufficiently to try spaghetti with chili, a quirky, regional specialty, which is actually rather tasty and an experience worth having.
We happened to find ourselves in Cincinnati, so of course had to venture in and surrender to the moment, which includes the bib; by the way, they give you free samples here!
One of the things we often do, when trying a new place that we might not be feeling entirely comfortable with, is we order items to share – if you like it, you can always order more, if not you can chalk it up to adventure.
