Cheese Cake
This is not about the recipes, rather about the fact someone, while staying at hotel, decided to spend at least a few minutes of their time writing down a recipe for Chocolate Cake and for Cheese Cake; neither item very exotic or complicated, though both recipes call for quite a few eggs, the Cheese one understand a bit better with five eggs, but six eggs in a Chocolate Cake seems rather high.
I of course love the wonderful old hotel stationary, as well. On the bottom, of the paper, is a list of all hotels, including the ones opening soon: New Orleans 71, Denver 72, and Los Angles 72, which helps to date the recipes, and perhaps explains the eggs, as well.
